5. Foreign Trade Specialist (2)
Responsibilities:
1. Make annual and monthly work target and plan for Foreign Trade Department, and ensure the fulfillment of sales target;
2. Take advantage of mail, network, industry trade platform and a variety of channels, to develop and maintain overseas customer, and finish products’ overseas publicity and promotion work with high quality;
3. Deal with daily business work related to overseas customers; track clients’ dynamic and figure out their needs to achieve the sustainable growth of market share;
4. Be responsible for product configuration and quotation, project report and management, the sign of sales contract, coordinating the work of order receiving, placement and goods delivery; do a good job in client tracking, credit management and other related work;
5. Be responsible for the investigation, statistics, analysis, and management of relevant products’ market information; update and maintain English website regularly.
Qualification:
1. Under 28 years old; bachelor degree or above in international trade, business English or other relative majors; have obtained CET-6;
2. Have excellent oral and written expression skills in English, and be competent in communication fluently with foreign tradesmen;
3. Be familiar with the process in foreign trade and order management and relative laws and regulations, plus professional knowledge in trade;
4. Possess good ability in business expansion and relatively strong communication ability and negotiation skills; be able to handle assorted problems independently in foreign trade process.
