19. Quality Assurance Manager (2)
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and enforce relevant national policies and regulations; be responsible for effective operation and maintenance of quality management system; implement prevention and continuous improvement measures;
2. Be responsible for directing every department to establish quality management procedures (process, responsibilities, performance indicators, operation procedures, etc.), and supervise the implementation;
3. Be responsible for organizing trainings in quality management system and quality control;
4. Be responsible for the implementation of quality supervision, auditing, responsibility identification and punishment;
5. Be responsible for exercising the responsibilities of management representative; periodically organize every plant to conduct management evaluation, and submit evaluation reports to top manager;
Qualifications:
1. Under 35 years old; bachelor degree or above in electronics, measurement and control or other related majors; people with over two years’ relative work experience have priority in admission;
2. Proficiently use Office and other software; hold ISO9000 internal audit staff certificate; have a good knowledge about devices and equipment in product testing and measurement;
3. Have good analysis and judgment ability; strong logical thinking ability; be able to assume reasonable work pressure;
4. Have strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, communication skills and learning capacity.
