3. Human Resources Supervisor (1)
Responsibilities:
1.Provide proposals in human resources, organizations and other aspects for company; be committed to improving company's comprehensive management level and control the cost of human resources;
2.Improve the company's management system and department management system, establish standard process for the company;
3.Be responsible for the company's human resources strategy planning, recruitment planning, labor relations management;
4.Establish personnel files, optimize salary and welfare programs, readjust staff structure, and improve employees’ job satisfaction;
5.Be responsible for the daily guidance and career development training for staff in the various departments; train the staff in excellent professional skills and possitive occupation mentality;
6.Establish performance appraisal system, staff rewards, incentive and punishment measures; enhance staff’s work efficiency;
7participate in the construction of corporate culture; create work environment and atmosphere that are suitable for staff’s self-development.
Qualification:
1. Female, 25-30 years old; bachelor degree or above in human resources and other related majors; people with over 3 years’ experience in human resources work have the priority in admission;
2. Be familiar with laws, regulations and policies of country and enterprises concerning contracts management, salary system, recruitment system, insurance and welfare treatment, training, etc.;
3. Be meticulous and careful in work; have strong sense of responsibility and active service.
