Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the teaching of training courses and participate in the design of these course;
2. Investigate training needs; draw up, adjust and implement training plan;
3. Compose training reports; feedback and evaluate training effects.
Qualifications:
1. Under 35 years old; college degree or above, no major requirements; people with two years’ experience in training and management have the priority in admission;
2. Strong expression and communication ability; be meticulous and careful in work; be adept in acquiring new knowledge and innovation;
3. Have strong work activity and the sense of active service; have excellent professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
